This policy explains how WPRO handles the personal data you share with us through this website and our enquiry form. We keep data collection to a minimum and use it only to reply to you.
Who we are
WPRO is a WordPress maintenance service provided by iConcept, a web agency based in Riga, Latvia (EU). For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected]. iConcept is the data controller for the information you submit here.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, optional phone number, website address and the message you write.
- Site analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or collect any information that identifies you personally. It measures anonymous page views only.
We do not use marketing or tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles of you.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use the details from the form for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide the service you asked for. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and, once you become a client, the performance of our contract with you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. It is handled by a small number of service providers that help us operate:
- Mailgun (Sinch) delivers the enquiry email from our website to our inbox.
- Google Workspace hosts the mailbox that receives your enquiry.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the cookieless analytics.
These providers process data only on our instructions. Some may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond promptly. If you are in the UK you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
